Di Lieto Patisserie is a wholesale patisserie studio supplying professional kitchens across Surrey and the surrounding area. We give establishments access to exceptional patisserie without the overhead of an in-house pastry team. Every product is crafted to perform in a professional kitchen - consistent, elegant, and built to the highest standard. Simple to order, and genuinely invested in the success of every kitchen we work with.
The studio was founded by Mauro Di Lieto - award-winning Executive Pastry Chef, Winner of Bake Off: The Professionals 2023, and a chef trained under some of the greatest names in European pastry. Fifteen years across 5-star hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants taught him what exceptional looks like. Di Lieto Patisserie is how he makes it available to every kitchen.
